Random turns into something more?

 So here is some food for though. The government+a warehouse of automatic weapons+a California auto mechanic=a story that sounds like the premise of the next Bourne movie. Matt Damon is awesome as Jason Borurne isn't he? You might be thinking, "Mark surely there is some logical explanation for this." Well, I am very sure there is, you can bet that particular path will not be the one I take here. So if you have yet to hear of this Pentagon scandal, Here is the rundown. From what I know the Government noticed some money missing (or noticed that a check was written) and decided to look into it. It turns out that a civilian Navy intelligence office had ordered so 349 silencers to be fabricated and shipped. The more they looked into the order the more fog showed up to block Big Brother's eyes. The order was sent to an auto mechanic, which was reveled to be the Directorate's brother, along with $1.6 million (most of which I am almost positive was to keep quiet) even though the order would only cost around $10,000 in parts and labor to manufacture. No one has yet to figure out what the why it was ordered to begin with though the only parts of the documents that were made public were listed under seal of national security. All the prosecutors of the Directorate  knows is that they were bought for a support program code-named UPSTAIRS and the rest is blank. One of the officials in the officer told an unidentified witness that the silencers were for Navy Seal team 6. Representatives for Seal team 6 have Told federal investigators that they had no knowledge of such an order. As it would seem a few years back the Pentagon found a warehouse in Pa, stockpiled with some 1,600 AK-47 assault rifles, collected over the years as far back as the Vietnam war. When investigators went to the warehouse. The weapons were gone with if any/evidence of them being involved. When questioned the warehouse operators informed investigators that the were had ordered them to be destroyed. No names were given as to who gave the order. I want to think here for a second....foreign made assault weapons and under the counter unmarked garage made silencers(No Serial#). This would be a very good way to have Black-Ops/Spec-Ops missions over seas without any risk of having evidence of US involvement...very sneaky CIA (lol $5 says they are involved lol). When asked about this the current senior navy official stated that a stockpile in Mechanisburg, Pa had been destroyed but it was collect for a different reason and had no order to have them outfitted with silencers. Investigators tried to seize the files on this stockpile, but when they got to the office they were held in, the files had been taken but 2 Navy Officers. When asked the Officers claimed to having them incinerated. "I did not think they files were permanent. I was not told to hold onto them. If i am not told to hold onto something I do not hold onto it." stated by one of the officers. When NCIS began to get involved (yes they exist outside of the TV show people, and no Gibbs does not exists) They found Emails for an order for silencers from the alleged auto mechanic. The Directorate and the auto mechanic are awaiting trial for THIS MONTH as of now. Please stay tuned. What do you guys think is going on?
